About introduction of amendments to article 226 parts one and Articles 887 and 899 of part two of the Civil code of the Russian Federation

In paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 226 parts one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3301; 2006, No. 23, of the Art. 2380) of the word "the amount corresponding to the fivefold minimum wage" shall be replaced with words "three thousand rubles".
Bring in part the second the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 5, the Art. 410) the following changes:
1) in paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 887 of the word "ten times the minimum wage which was at least established by the law" shall be replaced with words "ten thousand rubles";
2) in paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 899 of the word "hundred minimum wages established by the law" shall be replaced with words "fifty thousand rubles".
