About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2016 No. 189
Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2016 No. 189 "About approval of the Method of calculation of total amount of retail sale of goods" the following changes:
1.1. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Method of calculation of total amount of retail sale of goods it (is applied) and to enact it since calculation of total amount of retail sale of goods for January-March, 2017.";
1.2. in the Method of calculation of total amount of the retail sale of goods approved by this resolution:
from Item 1 and subitem 3.2 of Item 3 of the word "Republic of Belarus" to exclude;
from paragraphs two and third Item 2 of the word "to this Technique" to exclude;
to this Technique of the word "retail" and "goods" to exclude from the interlinear note;
to be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 2 to this Technique (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2021.
