About modification of the Law "About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Social Support"

Article 1. "About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Social Support" to state the law of March 4, 2020 to No. ZR-97 in the following edition:

"About modification and amendments in the Law "About Social Support"

Article 1. In Item 10 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of December 17, 2014 No. ZR-231 "About social support" (further - the Law) the words "and territorial subdivisions of state body of territorial administration, and also the allocated division of the office of local government body" shall be replaced with words "divisions of subordinated body".

Article 2. To exclude from part 1 of article 6 of the Law of the word "and local government body", "and legal acts of local government bodies" and "or municipal service", and "give the floor" to replace with the word "provide".

Article 3. To exclude from all text of the Law of the word "not included in authorized body of public administration and acting out of the management sphere".

Article 4. To state item 4 of part 1 of article 22 of the Law in the following edition:

"4) is provided by provision of the integrated social services and will organize acceptance, accounting of statements and document flow;".

Article 5. Add the law with Article 22.1 of the following content:

"Article 22.1. Powers and procedure for forming of Single social service

1. Single social service:

1) performs social assessment (assessment of social needs) of the family (person) which fell into difficult vital situation and will organize provision of the public assistance;

2) will be organized by provision of the integrated social services by maintaining social case;

3) implementation of state programs of social protection of persons with disability will organize, children, women, elderly, persons which appeared in difficult life situation and separate categories of persons identified by the legislation;
