2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:
develop and approve procedure for confirmation of purpose of imported goods - the whey of the demineralized demineralization of 90 percent, dry with level, intended for production of children's dry milk mixes (substitutes of breast milk), provided by appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 7, 2014 No. 778 "About measures for implementation of presidential decrees of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2014 No. 560, of June 24, 2015 No. 320, of June 29, 2016 No. 305, of June 30, 2017 No. 293, of July 12, 2018 No. 420, of June 24, 2019 No. 293 and of November 21, 2020 No. 730" and classified by code of the CN FEA EEU 0404, for 2021;
approve for 2021 the allowed volume of import to the Russian Federation of the goods specified in the paragraph the second this Item.
