According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.12.2005 of N1251 "About Approval of the Procedure for the Organization of Departure of Children Abroad on Rest and Improvement", for the purpose of ordering of the organization of the direction of children on rest and improvement abroad and strengthening of control of their return to Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Approve the Form of consent to departure of children abroad on rest and improvement which is applied.
2. (Volynets L. S.) to provide to department concerning children state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister of Ukraine for family, youth and sport Kondratyuk T. V.
