Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 26, 2020 No. 1742 "About recognition voided acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, about cancellation of some acts and separate provisions of acts of the federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state Transport Supervision Service, federal state control (supervision) in the field of transport safety, and also mandatory requirements in the field of technical inspection of vehicles" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 44, the Art. 6999).

Repeal the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2015 No. 347 "About approval of the Procedure for providing conditions of availability to passengers from among disabled people of vehicles of road transport and urban land electric transportation, bus stations, bus stations and the provided services, and also rendering by it at the same time necessary assistance" (registration No. 42032) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 6, 2016.
