Article 1. Bring in article 69 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of acts of civil status" of April 29, 2006 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 4, Art. 201; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1017; 2009, No. 3, Art. 89; 2011, No. 3, Art. 178, No. 6, Art. 444; 2015, No. 3, Art. 220, No. 11, Art. 961, Art. 962; 2016, No. 3, Art. 144, Art. 145; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 574; 2019, No. 7, Art. 470; 2020, Art. No. 7-9, 612) the following changes and amendments:

- regarding 2 words "three-months" and "six months" respectively shall be replaced with words "monthly" and "fifteen days";

- add part 3 with the second offer of the following content:

"If civil registration to which it is necessary to make changes in connection with change of surname of name and (or) middle names, constituted by authorized bodies of foreign states outside the Republic of Tajikistan, the period before receipt of the copy of this record does not join in time, established by part 2 of this Article.";

- add part 4 with the fifth offer of the following content:

"The written reply of Department of Internal Affairs at the place of residence shall be provided no later than 15 days.".
