"7. The organizations need to be had:
1) when commissioning, and also installation of processing equipment or lines and/or release of new types of forages and feed additives – the veterinary and sanitary conclusion issued according to the Rules of issue of veterinary documents and requirements to their forms approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2015 No. 7-1/453 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11898) (further – Rules of issue of veterinary documents and requirements to their forms);
2) the sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion (further – the Sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion) issued in the form approved by the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2015 No. 415 "About approval of forms of accounting and reporting documentation in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11626) (further – the Order No. 415);
