accomplishment in the territory of the Russian Federation the following transactions which are in total estimated at least 25 points:

production of raw materials for protective part (мельтблаун / spunbond) (10 points);

production of protective part (10 points);

production of the nasal fixer (10 points);

fixing of the nasal fixer (5 points);

production of elastic bands for fixing (10 points);

fixing of the fixer for the head (5 points)".
