About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Compensation of Damage Caused to Life or Health of the Military Personnel during Defense of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of December 15, 2016 No. ZR-245 "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law):

1) in part 2:

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 9 of the Law with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) as calculation base of the stamp tax are considered:

and. for the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs and notaries - salary and the other payments equated to it and (or) the income for performance of works (rendering services) according to civil agreements;

. for the individual entrepreneurs and notaries acting in system of the receipts tax - the realization turnover reflected in the calculations of the receipts tax provided for the accounting period of calculation of the stamp tax;
