According to Articles 5, 6 and 20 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 N1698 "About Approval of the List of Bodies of Licensing" is ORDERED:
1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services connected with protection of the state-owned and other property to provision of services on protection of citizens it (is applied).
2. To department of registration and licensing of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (Barbelyuk A. B.), (Rudik V. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of public relations (Kisil I. V.) The Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to provide the publication of this order in mass media in accordance with the established procedure.
