About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2020 No. 308

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2020 No. 308 "About assignment for financial assistance of Fund of obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 36, the Art. 1199) changes which are applied.

2. Provide:

1) to the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry - approval of introduction of corresponding changes of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

2) to the Ministry of Finance - after the specified approval entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2020 No. 308

1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the resolution of the word "on returnable basis (loan granting)" shall be replaced with words "on a grant basis (consumption expenses)".

2. According to the procedure of use of the funds allocated for financial assistance of Fund of obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case, approved by the specified resolution:

Third Item 3 of the word "on returnable basis" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 and the paragraph "on a grant basis";

Item 7 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Unused budgetary funds the State jobcenter returns Ministry of Economics for their subsequent direction in the government budget.";

Item 8 to exclude 3).
