About recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of updating of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine and reduction in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of May 13, 2020 No. 590-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of mechanisms of banking regulation" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: them
1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 20, 2013 No. 327 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation, registration of share issue, issue of the banking license to transitional bank", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2013 for No. 1568/24100;
2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 23, 2014 No. 836 "About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for creation, registration of share issue, issue of the banking license and general license for implementation of currency transactions to transitional bank", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 17, 2015 for No. 61/26506;
3) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 27, 2019 No. 159 "About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 20, 2013 No. 327 and Regulations on procedure for creation, registration of share issue, issue of the banking license and general license for implementation of currency transactions to transitional bank", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 25, 2020 for No. 301/34584.
