1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 27, 2017 No. 74 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of inquiry for the criminal offenses carried by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to maintaining the Border service of Committee of homeland security" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15902, it is published on October 26, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts in electronic form) the following changes:
To be reworded as follows the instruction on the organization of inquiry on the criminal offenses carried by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to maintaining the Border service of Committee of homeland security, approved by this order according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to the border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Directors of the Border service.
