About modification and amendments in the Law "About the State Fee"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 29, 2020
Article 1. Regarding 1 article 28.2 of the Law of December 27, 1997 No. ZR-186 "About the state fee":
Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3) the goods of private use transported through frontier of the Republic of Armenia without payment by physical persons of customs duties and taxes or with exemption of customs duties and taxes;";
Item 6 to state 2) in the following edition:
"6) goods which amount of customs value does not exceed the amounts equivalent of 200 euros transported through border of the Republic of Armenia from one supplier to one receiver according to one transport document;";
To add 3) with Item 7 of the following content:
"7) the goods which are drawn up on customs procedure "Refusal for benefit of the state".".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
