About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) to state part 6 of article 1 of the Law of April 14, 1999 to No. ZR-295 in the following edition:

"6. For the purpose of the organization of state registration or provision of information the head of the state register of the real estate can adopt the legal acts regulating features of document flow on state registration, provision of information, and also clerical work on recognition of authenticity of signatures in the bargains concluded with recognition of authenticity of signatures, established by Chapter 5 of this Law, and correction allowed in the agreement submitted in the procedure established by this Chapter, the language or typographical mistakes which are not changing essence and contents of the document.".

Article 2. In article 2 of the Law of the word "the state regulation specified in this Law" in the concept "maintaining inventory of the real estate" shall be replaced with words "authorized by the Government".

Article 3. In part 5 of article 11 of the Law:
