About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 11, 2017 No. 155 "About Belagroprombank and Asset Management Agency open joint stock companies the following changes:

1.1. in part one of item 4 of the word "agro-industrial complex *" and "agricultural organizations **" to replace respectively with words of "agro-industrial complex" and "agricultural organizations";

1.2. in Item 5:

third to add part with words ", and on the cases called in part two of Item 6-1 of this Decree";

add Item with parts of the following content:

"The organization borrower, supply agency has the right to open only one special account in Belarusian rubles for the purposes of this Decree.

The money enlisted into special accounts as a result of technical mistake is charged off these accounts according to the procedure, established by the bank law.";

1.3. add the Decree with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. Transfer of proceeds from sales of goods (works, services) and other money into special accounts, except the money called in Item 6 of this Decree is not allowed, and the expenditure from special accounts of money on the purposes which are not provided in parts three and the fourth item 4 and part one of Item 7 of this Decree is equal.

Money in the amount which is unreasonably credited into the special account is collected from this account in case of observance in total of the following conditions:

establishment by state bodies * the facts of unreasonable transfer into the special account of the money which is not called in Item 6 of this Decree;

availability at the organization borrower, supply agency of the tax debt, to charges (duties), penalty fee and other obligatory payments in the budget and (or) the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus, on enforcement proceedings.

The collected money is considered on account of the debt specified in paragraph three of part two of this Item.
