About modification of the Regulations on the organization of risk management system in banks of Ukraine and banking groups

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 44, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of creation of conditions for proper introduction by banks of Ukraine and banking groups of organizational actions for risk management the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the organization of risk management system in banks of Ukraine and banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 11, 2018 No. 64 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the third offer of the subitem 6 of Item 32 of Chapter 4 of the Section I of the word "also shall not exceed the base fixed unit of remuneration for any period of charge" to exclude;

2) in the Section II:

to state the subitem 5 of Item 136 of Chapter 16 in the following edition:

"Limiting 5) amount of dormant assets as a percentage to the corresponding asset type or products;";

in the second offer of Item 164 of Chapter 19 shall be replaced with words the word of "debtors" "at debtors".

2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Natalia Ivanenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yury Geletiya.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
