1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of activities for expertize of industrial safety.

2. Determine that the licenses for activities on expertize of industrial safety granted in accordance with the established procedure before adoption of this resolution are effective before the termination of the term specified in them.

3. Recognize invalid:

the paragraph of the seventh of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 4, 2002 N382 "About Licensing of Activities in the field of Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities and Production of Surveying Works" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 23, the Art. 2182);
