About introduction of amendments to articles 6 and 165 of the Family code of the Russian Federation

1) in Article 6:

b) add with Item 2 following of content:
"2. Application of rules of international treaties in their interpretation contradicting the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and also bases of law and order and morality is not allowed. Such contradiction can be established according to the procedure, determined by the Federal constitutional Law.";
Item 2 of article 165 after words "international treaties of the Russian Federation" to add 2) with words "(taking into account provisions of Item 2 of article 6 of this Code)".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
