1. Bring the following changes in regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- recognize invalid:
1) in Item 2 of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some temporary solutions of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning establishment of the economic standard rates and requirements obligatory for accomplishment by commercial banks and non-bank financial credit institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 24, 2020 No. 2020-P-12/15-7-(NPA):
- paragraphs first, second and third - since February 1, 2021;
- the paragraph the fourth - since March 1, 2021;
2) Items 1, 2, 3 and 4 resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About operating procedure and regulations of activities of banks, non-bank financial credit institutions and other legal entities, persons under surveillance to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, in case of introduction in certain territories of the Kyrgyz Republic of emergency state in connection with spread of coronavirus of COVID-19" of March 30, 2020 No. 2020-P-12/19-1-(BS);
