About introduction of amendments to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" on purchase of natural gas

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 45, Art. 289; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of July 17, 2020 No. 808-IX) the following changes:
