Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of marking of tobacco products means of identification approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 28, 2019 No. 224 "About approval of Rules of marking of tobacco products means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning tobacco products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 11, Art. 1117; No. 39, Art. 5445; 2020, No. 10, Art. 1345; No. 27, Art. 4238).

1. In Item 2:
a) to add the paragraph of the seventh after words of "individual entrepreneur" with words "(further - the individual entrepreneur)";
b) to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:
