About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2019 No. 1086 and of February 5, 2020 No. 65
According to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2019 No. 1086 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget on program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 4, the Art. 208) and of February 5, 2020 No. 65 "Some questions of program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020 and the I quarter 2021" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 18, the Art. 688, No. 38, the Art. 1242, No. 48, the Art. 1515, No. 54, the Art. 1661, No. 73, the Art. 2325, No. 77, the Art. 2470, No. 93, the Art. 2995) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2020 No. 1299, changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2021.
