About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits"
Being guided by Item 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:
Article 1. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 2, Article 76; 2007, No. 10, Article 933; 2008, No. 6, Articles 464, 475; 2013, No. 1, Article 19, No. 6, Article 618, No. 11, Articles 1240, 1306; 2017, No. 7, Article 1278; 2018, No. 3, Article 400, No. 5, Article 869; 2019, No. 3, Article 380, No. 12, Article 1893; 2020, No. 7, Article 829) to make the following changes:
1.1. Article 4.0.1. 7.0.8 and 9.1.7 to state 8, in the following edition:
"4.0.1.8. child allowance of the military personnel of the valid compulsory military service;";
"7.0.8. child allowance of the military personnel of the valid compulsory military service - if person is on the valid compulsory military service;";
"9.1.7. child allowance of the military personnel of the valid compulsory military service - for stay of the military personnel of the valid compulsory military service on active duty;";
1.2. add with Article 11.1.6-1 of the following content:
"11.1.6-1. child allowance of the military personnel of the valid compulsory military service - in case of dismissal from active duty in inventory or in case of the death of the military personnel of the valid compulsory military service;".
Article 2. Before entry into force of this Law payment of the child allowances of some categories of the faces established by relevant organ of the executive authority, aged up to 16 years appointed based on the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits" (up to 18 years for students in educational institutions internally) at the expense of means of the government budget continues.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
