According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes) we ORDER third:
the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of July 13, 2001 No. 441/241 "About enforcement of system of vertical echeloning of _KAO", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 1, 2001 for No. 653/5844;
the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of October 14, 2009 No. 518/1063 "About approval of the Instruction for creation of requests for use of airspace during planning of carrying out the corresponding type of activity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2009 for No. 1086/17102 (with changes).
2. (Kushpil D. S.) to provide to management of the air transportation of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine and the Minister of Defence of Ukraine.
