About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About operational search activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2015 No. 307-Z "About operational search activities" the following changes:
1. In Article 2:
after the paragraph of third to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"computer information - the data perceived (apprehended) by complex of program technical means;";
the paragraph of the eighth after the words "request" and "activities" to add respectively with the words "and (or) request in electronic form (further-the written request)" and "written notice of the prosecutor or his deputy".
2. State Article 4 in the following edition:
"Article 4. Legal regulation of the relations connected with implementation of operational search activities
The relations connected with implementation of operational search activities are regulated by the legislation on operational search activities, and also international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
The legislation on operational search activities is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
3. In the paragraph the second part two of Article 11 of the word "compliance with agreements between the bodies performing operational search activities and the organizations if other is not determined by legal acts" shall be replaced with words "the cases established by legal acts and the procedure determined by the legislation".
4. 12, of parts one and the second article 57, of article 69 of the word "Republic of Belarus" to exclude from paragraphs of the second or fourth, seventh and eighth of Article.
