About modification of the Regulations on monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2018 No. 1556 "About approval of the Regulations on monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 53, Art. 8641; 2020, No. 30, Art. 4936; No. 45, Art. 7131).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. In Item 44:
a) the fourth and fifth after the words "subject of drug circulation" to add paragraphs with words "(except for separate divisions of the medical organizations (out-patient clinics, medical assistant's, medical and obstetrical centers)";
b) after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Separate divisions of the medical organizations (out-patient clinic, medical assistant's, medical and obstetrical centers) confirm reliability of the data containing in monitoring system and represent to monitoring system of the data on the accepted medicines according to paragraphs to the fourth and fifth this Item within 30 working days from the date of acceptance of medicines.".
2. In Item 44 (2):
a) to add paragraph two after the words "subject of drug circulation" with words "(except for separate divisions of the medical organizations (out-patient clinics, medical assistant's, medical and obstetrical centers)";
