About modification of Article 77 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care concerning privileges and pay increase of work of the professionals with the higher not medical education working in health care system
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. To add article 77 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health care (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with subsequent changes) with part three of the following content:
"The Items, "v", "d", "e"," є", "з", "and"," і ", " ї", "to", "l", "m" and "N" of part one of this Article extend to the professionals with the higher not medical education working in healthcare institutions. The list of positions of professionals with the higher not medical education in healthcare institutions and qualification characteristics of such positions are determined by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of health care".
II. Final and transitional provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and becomes effective in month from the date of its introduction in force.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from the date of entry into force of this Law to establish surcharges to the salary to professionals with the higher not medical education working in healthcare institutions and which is directly occupied at works on liquidation of disease among people with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus determined in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on introduction of quarantine, before completion of implementation of the specified actions in the amount of, established for doctors who are directly engaged at works on liquidation of disease among people of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19).
