About introduction of amendments to articles 8 and 11 of the Federal law "About Special Assessment of Working Conditions"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 426-FZ "About special assessment of working conditions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, Art. 6991; 2016, No. 18, Art. 2512; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7769) following changes:

Part 4 of Article 8 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "On the workplaces specified regarding 1 article 11 of this Federal Law concerning which the declaration of compliance of working conditions to the state normative requirements of labor protection is effective repeated carrying out special assessment of working conditions is not required before the circumstances established by part 5 of article 11 of this Federal Law.";

2) in Article 11:

a) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. The declaration of compliance of working conditions to the state normative requirements of labor protection is termless in case of preserving working conditions on the corresponding workplace.";

b) in part 5 of the word "during action of the declaration of compliance of working conditions to the state normative requirements of labor protection" to exclude, shall be replaced with words the words "this declaration" "the declaration of compliance of working conditions to the state normative requirements of labor protection";

c) recognize part 7 invalid.

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
