Movement on the territory of the Russian Federation by physical persons of tobacco products and the tobacco products which are not marked by special (excise) brands in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation is forbidden including to products which are goods of the Union, except for movements on the territory of the Russian Federation by the physical persons which reached age of eighteen years specified tobacco products and tobacco products in number of no more than 200 cigarettes, either 50 cigars (cigarillos), or 250 grams of tobacco, or the specified tobacco products in assortment in total weight no more than 250 grams on one person.".
