According to provisions of articles VII, IX, LV of the Law No. 257/2020 on modification of some regulations (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 353-357 of 22:12. 2020, the Art. 288), concerning introduction of amendments to the Tax Code No. 1163/1997, the Law on customs tariff No. 1380/1997, which become effective from 1:01. 2021, and also for the purpose of streamlining of information accounting I ORDER:

1. In the appendix No. 11 Codification of Tax and Customs Privileges, provided according to the current legislation, for customs procedure "42" to the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O of 24.12.2009. "About approval of Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration" 008 to make changes of the following content to the third column of code of release:
