About modification and amendments in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of Institute of review of judgments

Article 1. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 24, 2018 No. ZRU-461 (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, appendix 2 to No. 1, No. 7, the Art. 433, No. 10, Art. 672; 2019, No. 3, Art. 166, No. 5, Art. of the Art. 261, 266, No. 9, Art. 592, No. 10, Art. 671, No. 11, Art. 791, No. 12, Art. 880; 2020, No. 1, Art. 1, No. 3, Art. 198, No. 10, Art. 593), following changes and amendments:

1) in paragraph four of part four of Article 3 of the word "appeal, cassation and supervising" shall be replaced with words "appeal and cassation";

2) in Article 5:

third to state part in the following edition:

"By results of consideration appeal and writs of appeal (protests) resolutions are accepted by courts of appeal and cassation instances";

the fourth to exclude part;

the fifth - the eighth to consider parts respectively parts four - the seventh;

3) in Article 16:

the second to state part in the following edition:

"Hearing of cases in appeal and cassation procedure is performed jointly as a part of three judges";

add with part three of the following content:

"Trial de novo in cassation procedure is made jointly as a part of five judges";

speak rapidly the third, fourth and fifth to consider respectively parts four, the fifth and sixth;

4) in Article 19:

from parts one, second and third to exclude the words "or according to the procedure of supervision";

in part four of the word "according to the procedure of supervision" shall be replaced with words "in court of cassation instance in case of de novo review of this case according to Article 305-1 of this Code";
