About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits"

Being guided by Item 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Article 1. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 2, Article 76; 2007, No. 10, Article 933; 2008, No. 6, Articles 464, 475; 2013, No. 1, Article 19, No. 6, Article 618, No. 11, Articles 1240, 1306; 2017, No. 7, Article 1278; 2018, No. 3, Article 400, No. 5, Article 869; 2019, No. 3, Article 380, No. 12, Article 1893; 2020, No. 7, Article 829) to make the following changes:

1.1. at the end of Article 4.0.1.13 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 4.0.1.14 of the following content:

"4.0.1.14. benefit for the adopted child, including for the child up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health.";

1.2. add with Articles 5.1-1 and 7.0.10-4 of the following content:

"5.1-1. If the persons having the right to one of benefits, provided by articles 4.0.1.1-4.0.1.3 and 4.0.1.5-4.0.1.6 of this Law have right to benefit, the stipulated in Article 4.0.1.14 presents of the Law, these persons are granted both allowances.";

"7.0.10-4. benefit for the adopted child - to person, the child of 3-18 years who adopted lost parents or deprived of parent guardianship, including the child of 0-18 years with limited opportunities of health, on the child adopted after January 1, 2021 (in case of idea of the judgment which took legal effect of adoption of the child).";

1.3. under Article 9:

1.3.1. in Article 9.1.2 before the word "disability" to add with words "to persons with disability 18 years are more senior";

1.3.2. at the end of Article 9.1.10 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 9.1.11 of the following content:
