About change of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out records in personal accounts of taxpayers and the report layout on the tax liabilities, including shortages approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 103 of December 9, 2005 about regulation of records in personal accounts of taxpayers
For the purpose of updating of the reports on the tax liabilities and shortages administered by the State Tax Administration and provided to the Ministry of Finance I ORDER:
1. The regulations on procedure for carrying out records in personal accounts of taxpayers and report layouts on the tax liabilities, including shortages approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 103 of December 9, 2005 about regulation of records in personal accounts of taxpayers (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 79-82 of Art. 278 of 26.05.2006) to change as follows:
1.1. Litas. a), litas. b), litas. d) and litas. e) state item 95 in the following edition:
a) information on the analysis of the receipts administered by GNS in the national public budget according to budget classification of the income (appendix No. 12 to the Provision). The method of filling of information is stated in annex No. 12.1 to the Provision. Creation term - to the 10th following directly month under report;
b) information on the analysis of the receipts administered by GNS according to the budget accessory specified on administrative and territorial units (appendix No. 13 to the Provision). The method of filling of information is stated in annex No. 13.1 to the Provision. Creation term - to the 10th following month under report;
d) information on shortage before the national public budget, according to budget classification of the income administered by GNS, except for the tax liabilities from the special records concerning taxpayers concerning whom the procedure of insolvency, insolvency proceeding or the simplified insolvency proceeding (appendix No. 15 to the Provision) is open. The method of filling of information is stated in annex No. 15.1 to the Provision. Creation term - to the 20th following month under report;
