in the Rules of the organization and functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy approved by the specified order:
to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:
"Chapter 1. General provisions";
state Items 2 and 3 in the following edition:
"2. In Rules the following concepts and determinations are used:
1) object for use of renewable energy resources – the technical devices intended for production of electrical and (or) heat energy with use of renewable energy resources, and constructions and the infrastructure technologically necessary for operation of object for use of renewable energy resources interconnected with them and which are on balance of the owner of object for use of renewable energy resources;
2) the actual balance of production consumption of electrical energy in the wholesale market of electrical energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the document constituted by the system operator establishing address distribution of amounts of the made, delivered and consumed electrical energy in the markets of the decentralized and centralized trade, the balancing market of electrical energy for settlement period. The actual balance is the basis for carrying out settlement between subjects of the wholesale market of electrical energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
