About modification of the Order of the Government No. 71/2013 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning, structure and limiting manpower ceiling of the Agency on drugs and medical products

1. In the Order of the Government No. 71/2013 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning, structure and limiting manpower ceiling of the Agency on drugs and medical products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 18-21, 109), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in the text of the resolution and appendices of the word "Ministry of Health" in any case to replace with the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case";
2) in resolution preamble the text "parts (2) article 7 of the Law on medical products No. 92-XIX of April 26, 2012. (2012, Art. No. 149-154, 480)" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "The law No. 102/2017 on medical products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 244-251, 389), with subsequent changes";
3) in appendix No. 1:
in the subitem 7 of Item 8:
lit. A) and d) recognize invalid;
litas. f) state in the following edition:
"f) estimates notifications and promotional materials, and also any other forms of advertizing of drugs for use by the person";
in Item 11:
the text "the deputy who is appointed to position and is exempted or discharged of position according to the law by the Government and who submits directly to the CEO" is replaced with the text "two deputies who are appointed to position and leave or discharged of position according to the law by the Government and which submit directly to the CEO. Establishment and distribution of obligations between deputy directors general are performed by the order of the CEO";
