About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning protection of housing laws of orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship and persons from their number

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Housing code of the Ukrainian SSR (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1983, appendix to No. 28, the Art. 573):

Article 39 to add 1) with parts three and the fourth the following content:

"The orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, who reached 16 years and also persons from their number staying on the registry of internally displaced persons are accepted by relevant organs of local self-government on accounting of the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions in the place of their actual accommodation specified in the certificate of capture accounting of the internally displaced person.

The orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, who reached 16 years and also persons from their number, the place of origin or residence or to the device in families of citizens, organization for the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship are settlements of temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the territory of settlements on the line of contact, temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and not staying on the registry of internally displaced persons, are registered the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions, local government bodies in the place of their actual accommodation in the territory of settlements of Ukraine except temporarily occupied territories and the territories of settlements on the line of contact. Change of the residence of such persons after their statement on accounting as the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions is not the basis for their removal from the corresponding accounting ";";
