About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the state symbols of the Republic of Belarus"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2004 No. 301-Z "About the state symbols of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. In Article 3:
in part one of the word "in graphical and volume options" shall be replaced with words "(silver and gold)";
the second to add part with the offer of the following content: "The image of National flag of the Republic of Belarus is placed in appendix 1.";
third to state part in the following edition:
"The reproduced image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus irrespective of its sizes shall correspond in accuracy multi-color, two-color and one-color (silver and gold) to standards of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus. The image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus is placed in appendices 2-5.";
in part four of the word "2 and 3 to this Law" shall be replaced with words "6 and 7";
in word part five "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislation".
2. In part two of Article 4 of the word of "the prosecutor of the Republic of Belarus", "bank of the Republic of Belarus" and "control of the Republic of Belarus" to replace respectively with words of "prosecutor", "bank" and "control".
3. In Article 5:
in part one:
in paragraphs the second and seventeenth "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace words with the word "legislation";
word in paragraph five of "control of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word of "control";
to add the paragraph of the sixth after the word of "management" with words "(their territorial authorities)";
