About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" concerning recovery of the institutional mechanism of prevention of corruption

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, Art. 2056 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 11 part one:

a) exclude Item 6;

b) add with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1) implementation of monitoring and control of execution of acts of the legislation concerning ethical behavior, prevention and settlement of conflicting interests in activities of persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government, and persons equated to them";

c) add with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1) implementation according to the procedure, determined by this Law, control and verification of declarations of subjects of declaring, storage and promulgation of such declarations, monitoring of conduct of life of subjects of declaring";

d) exclude Item 8.

2. In Article 12:

a) in part one:

exclude Item 1;

add with Items 1-1 and 1-2 of the following content:

"1-1) to receive in the procedure established by the law by written requests from state bodies, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local government bodies, subjects of managing, irrespective of pattern of ownership and their officials, citizens and their associations information, including with limited access, necessary for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it;
