1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 25, 2020 No. 109 "About some questions of rendering the state services in the social and labor sphere and ensuring some categories of the population with product and household set for emergency state and restrictive actions" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 20164, published on March 26, 2020 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following change:
in Rules of rendering some state services in the social and labor sphere and procedure for ensuring some categories of the population with product and household set for the emergency state and restrictive actions approved by the above-stated order:
to state part one of Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. If the uslugopoluchatel is receiver of the government address public assistance (further – the address public assistance) as of June 30, 2020, on September 30, 2020 or on December 31, 2020, for the purpose of exception of direct contact in information system the statement on purpose of the address public assistance without address of uslugopoluchatel for 3rd quarter 2020 - taking into account the income for the 2nd quarter 2020, for the 4th quarter 2020 - taking into account the income for 3rd quarter 2020, for 1 quarter 2021 – taking into account the income for the 4th quarter 2020 is automatically created.".
2. To provide to development department of policy of the public assistance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
