About modification of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About safety and hygiene of forages" for the purpose of stabilization of the market of forages
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make to the section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About safety and hygiene of forages" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2018, No. 10, the Art. 53) the following changes:
1. State Items 5 and 6 in the following edition:
"5. Within five years from the date of entry into force of this Law in marking of forages for unproductive animals the name of feed additive or its identification number appropriated according to the legislation of Ukraine or the European Union is specified.
Forages which were introduced into circulation no later than in five years from the date of entry into force of this Law with marking which corresponds to this Item can be in circulation before the termination of the minimum term of their storage.
6. Within four years from the date of entry into force of this Law production, import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine, turnover and use of the ready-made feeds, premixes and feed additives registered according to the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine", on condition of availability on the date of entry into force of this Law of the existing registration certificates issued on the corresponding ready forages, premixes or feed additives are permitted.
The operators of the market performing import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine, turnover and use of ready-made feeds, premixes and feed additives according to this Item shall support in urgent condition information containing in the registration certificates issued on the ready forages, premixes or feed additives specified in paragraph one of this Item.
The procedure for modification of the registration certificates specified in paragraph one of this Item affirms the central executive body providing forming and realization of state policy in the field of veterinary medicine".
