About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 42, of 66, "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for approval of heads of bank and postponement of reduction by banks of rooms in which customer service is performed in compliance with requirements for ensuring access of handicapped national groups to the services provided by banks, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 67 Laws of Ukraine

1. Bring in item 4 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2018 No. 149 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of banks" (with changes) the following changes:

Subitem 1 in paragraph one the word and figures of "January, 2021" to replace 1) with the word and figures of "July, 2022";

Subitem 2 in paragraph one the word and figures of "January, 2022" to replace 2) with the word and figures of "July, 2023";

The word and figures of "January, 2023" to replace 3) in subitem 3 with the word and figures of "July, 2024".

2. In Item 353 of Chapter 41 of the Section VI of the Regulations on licensing of banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2018 No. 149 (with changes), words "elections of other person to this position during three" shall be replaced with words "the terminations of powers of such person within two months and election of other person to this position during four".
