The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the state protection of employees of court and law enforcement agencies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 11, Art. 50 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1) in Item of 1 part one of Article 2:

to add paragraph two after the words "employees of personnel structure of prospecting bodies of Ukraine" with the words "military personnel Sil of special transactions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine";

add with the subitem "in-1" following contents:

"-1) in accomplishment of the fighting (special) tasks assigned to Forces of special transactions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine";

Article 14 to add 2) with the Item "e-1" of the following content:

"e-1) the head of body of military management of special transactions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of Sil - concerning protection of the military personnel by Sil of special transactions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their close relatives";

Part one of Article 15 to add 3) with the Item "in-1" of the following content:

"in-1) concerning the military personnel Sil of special transactions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their close relatives - on divisions Sil of special transactions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine";

Part one of Article 24 to add 4) with the words "head of body of military management of special transactions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of Sil".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
