About introduction of amendments to the Law on the organization of notarial activities No. 69/2016
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the organization of notarial activities No. 69/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 277-287, 588), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add Article 24 with part (1-1) following contents:
"(1-1) in case of the announcement of emergency, obsidional or warlike situation, and also in case of the emergency situations caused by epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters of crisis situations of terrorist nature or other emergency situations which do not allow to be present to members of General meeting of notaries at meetings for election of members of the commission on licensing the corresponding meetings can be held remotely, online, by means of electronic means of communication, such as system of teleconference or video conference. The organization and holding meetings are remotely performed according to the provision approved by the Ministry of Justice after consultations with Notarial chamber. The notarial chamber provides observance of voting power during the meeting of General meeting of notaries, the mystery of vote, and also vote registration.".
2. Add Article 25 with part (1-1) following contents:

The notarial chamber provides observance of voting power during commission session on licensing, the mystery of vote, on circumstances, and also vote registration.".
3. Add Article 47 with part (3-1) following of content:
