About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on domestic trade No. 231/2010 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 571), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Add Article 3 with the following concepts:

"purchase value of goods - purchase price of goods, including the incurred costs on their transportation, loading and unloading, non-refundable taxes and fees, customs duties and the incurred costs on conversion, sorting, packing of inventories of goods for the purpose of their reduction in form and deliveries to the place of proper use;

the supplier - the physical person or legal entity performing based on the agreement signed in writing with the businessman, activities for production, conversion or distribution of goods for the purpose of their sale;

trade discounts - the decrease in selling price provided by the supplier to the businessman specified in tax delivery note or received after invoicing (discount, discount, bonus, retrobonus);

short food chain - chain of supply with the foodstuff made and/or processed in the territory of the Republic of Moldova;

final date of consumption - as it is determined by the Law on informing consumers concerning foodstuff No. 279/2017;

the minimum expiration date - as it is determined by the Law on informing consumers concerning foodstuff No. 279/2017;

actions/actions for marketing and advertizing - range of services which purpose is promotion of certain goods;

logistics services - activities for transportation, acceptance, warehousing, storage and promotion of products.".

2. State Article 21-1 in the following edition:

"Article 21-1. Contractual relations between the supplier and the businessman
