About introduction of amendments to article 32 of the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995

Art. I. - Article 32 of the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: 2013, 63), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 15-17, in the following edition:
"Article 32. Provision of pensions
(1) the Judge who reached the age specified in part (2), both confirmatory general working life and working life in the judgeships provided by part (3), has pension entitlement for long service in the amount of 55 percent of the average monthly salary, who for each complete year of work over the general working life provided by part (3), no more than 80 percent of the average monthly salary increase by three percent, but in total.
(2) Since July 1, 2021 for judges the retirement age of 50 years and 6 months both for men, and for women is established. In each next year the retirement age increases according to the schedule provided in the table 1, before achievement of age 63 years.
