About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 14-2:
Item b) parts (to state 1) in the following edition:
"b) the copy of the document on the property right or employment contracts of the real estate or portable unit where the licensed activities will be performed;";
Item b) parts (to state 5) in the following edition:
"b) implementation of activities for the address or in portable unit which are excellent from specified in the license;";
Item b) parts (to state 6) in the following edition:
"b) lack of the property right or expiration of the contract of hiring of the real estate or portable unit where the licensed activities are performed;".
2. Add Article 18 with parts (1-2) and (1-3) following contents:
"(1-2) V of the rural zone pharmaceutical services are rendered to the population according to this law through drugstores of open type, and also their branches which can be also mobile working points.
(1-3) Pharmaceutical services are provided to persons with heavy restriction of opportunities also by the delivery of drugs to the house performed on the basis of the recipe including the recipe on the compensated drugs. Delivery cost is paid from funds of compulsory medical insurance according to the mechanism established by the National company of medical insurance.".
3. In Article 19:
part (to state 4) in the following edition:
"(4) the Drugstores of open type placed in portable unit cannot sell the drugs containing narcotic, psychotropic substances and precursors.";
part (to recognize 5) invalid.
4. Item a) parts (Article 19-1 to state 2) in the following edition:
