About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2016 No. 137 and of January 12, 2018 No. 7
Based on part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2016 No. 137 "About single electronic system of accounting of notarial actions and heritable cases";
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 12, 2018 No. 7 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2016 No. 137".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 3, 2021.
