2. Immunity of the President of the Russian Federation who stopped execution of the powers extends to the residential and service premises used by it vehicles, means of communication occupied by him, belonging to it documents and baggage on its correspondence.
3. The president of the Russian Federation who stopped execution of the powers can be deprived of immunity by the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (further - the Federation Council) only based on the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation pushed by the State Duma (further - the State Duma) accusation in high treason or making of other serious crime confirmed with the conclusion of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation about availability in actions of the President of the Russian Federation who stopped execution of the powers, essential elements of offense and the conclusion of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation about observance of established procedure of promotion of accusation.
